If you follow me on Snapchat (add here) you may have noticed my passion for overnight oats of late. Why are they the best thing since sliced bread you may ask? Well, firstly, the preparation takes place the night before meaning you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast ready to go first thing in the morning. Furthermore, as a college student, eating healthily can be tricky and it is oh so tempting to jump straight for the coffee (we have all been there) or even worse to skip breakfast altogether.
